Refund/return policy

All Net Control 2 products are offered under a 30-day evaluation license available free of charge before the purchase. The software and registration keys are delivered in electronic form and therefore cannot be returned.

For the above reasons all purchases are FINAL, and are NOT refundable, except special cases described below.

I. The software was purchased but never was downloaded or activated. We can process your refund request if it was received not later than within 15 days from the moment of purchase. The event of activation or download we verify exclusively ourselves according to our internal records. Due to the returns in such cases are initiated through no fault of ours, you agree to pay the costs associated with the initial purchase and the return (the return fee) in amounts specified in the p. III.

II. When an Unsolvable technical problem found (the description is provided below), or when a warranty is required by law, we may consider a refund request, and provide either a full or partial refund, on our solely discretion, and if it was properly sent within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Should any warranties be found to exist, such warranties shall be limited in duration to thirty days from the moment of purchase. Refund acceptance is exclusively subject of approval by EduSoft LLC. Being accepted, the refund will be made within 60 days after receive of the original refund request. In any cases the refund does not include commissions of banks, intermediaries, payment systems and resellers, and shall include the return fee as described in the p. III.

The term the "unsolvable technical problem" means the following (all conditions should comply):

  • a technical issue in the program code, which makes that a command or a feature, that is publicly claimed as available in Net Control 2 software for the supported hardware and software platform, does not work properly on the publicly claimed as "compatible" software and hardware platform;
  • the client has contacted Net Control 2 Technical Support in written form  through the online helpdesk (http://classroom.by/support) or email within 10 days from the moment of purchase;
  • the issue is not based on buyer's lack of research before purchase;
  • the client has provided the Net Control Technical Support team with all necessary additional information related to the issue, requested by the Support team;
  • the client has duly co-operated with the Net Control 2 Technical Support team to find and solve the issue;
  • the issue cannot be solved according to the report from the Net Control 2 Technical Support team;
  • the issue is not related to the low performance of Broadcast Desktop or Speech tools in complex or slow network environments (multi-VLAN networks), or due to a specific network software or hardware configuration (compatibility of broadcasting tools with the existing network environment should be confirmed by the client in the process of demo-testing/evaluation);
  • the issue is not related to the compatibility with third-party software (the software that is not a part of the used operating system).

III. The return fee is calculated as 6% of the cost of the order (USD 25.- minimum) for online orders (credit/debit cards, PayPal); or 8% plus USD 50.- for offline orders (bank wire transfers, domestic bank transfers etc.). When the refund fee is applicable by the terms or conditions of this document, it will be deducted from the amount refunded.

EduSoft LLC  reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on EduSoft LLC's Web sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.

Any purchase on this website and/or any sub-site indicates your acceptance of this Refund policy.
